Healthy Changes are Necessary
It’s difficult to change bad habits, and a detox program will put a chock between your old and your new ways. If you are addicted to caffeine, sugar, fried, crunchy, and greasy foods you can use a detox program to help manage those cravings. If you try to quit eating those foods or drinking these beverages without a good detox plan you’ll have limited success, and will quickly fall back to your old habits. That is why it is much better to cleanse the body first and slowly replace those foods with healthier choices, you must retrain yourself to keep your new habits and control your cravings. Thinking Clearer A good detox program will clear up your state of mind, meditation is recommended to unify the body and mind during the cleansing period. Some detox disciples report losing that fogginess of the mind and are more able to think faster and clearer during a detox than when not on it. The sweet and fatty foods that we consume every day will cause us to feel sluggish, lazy and can impact heavily on the quality of our thinking ability.
